I’ve spent the first part of my working life around the world, active mainly in the financial markets. Italy, France, Russia, Panama, Luxembourg and Bulgaria. I’ve always loved food and cooking. Food represents passion, tradition, conviviality, sharing and friendship. After years of courses, masterclasses and practice I’ve got a Chef diploma from the “Istituto della Cucina e Pasticceria Italiana” and the passion for cooking became progressively my main activity. With my family, we decided to settle in the beautiful city of Varna where I started my activity as a private chef and consultant.
Hundreds of years of tradition cannot be ignored, all my dishes get inspiration from it. But I bring them to the next level: healthier, lighter, and surely more elegant to match the desires of the most sophisticated customers.
